Breakfast

Each morning, we prepare a delicious, 3-course hot breakfast designed to delight your taste buds. Coffee lovers will enjoy our organic, fair trade, dark-roasted coffee, freshly ground for a full-bodied, rich flavor. The menu is thoughtfully planned in advance to cater specifically to the guests being served that day. Breakfast begins with a freshly baked treat, such as muffins or scones. This is followed by a refreshing fruit course. Be sure to save room for the third course, the hot entrée, paired with the “pancakes of the day” – one of the many varieties made from scratch by Susan. We take great pride in ensuring that no one leaves the table hungry.

Breakfast is served in the dining room from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM.

In accordance with business license regulations, breakfast is only available to overnight, registered guests.

Gardens

In Spring 2008, utilizing the comprehensive design plan of respected Georgia (UGA) Landscape Architect, Nancy Beckemeyer, our entire property was completely re-landscaped. This effort included full irrigation, hardscapes, the planting of 100 trees, 416 shrubs and 750 perennials. It is a sight to behold and worthy of any Georgia Master Gardener’s attention. Stroll the 1.3 acres and de-stress and reconnect with nature surrounded by tranquility.

Renee

“We have such an enjoyable time here that we go every year to get away from our hectic life and just kick back. Whether it is the spending time in their nice rooms, sitting on the porch, eating a scrumptious filling breakfast that you only can find in high end restaurants, or just sitting back and talking, you can’t find a better place to spend your time.”
