Thank you for visiting our "inn tour". At the Americus Garden Inn Bed and Breakfast, it is our goal to provide a unique lodging experience that delights and impresses our guests with gracious hospitality, impeccable cleanliness, creative, nutritious and delicious breakfasts in comfortably elegant surroundings.

The Americus Garden Inn is located in the residential historic district of Americus, which is recognized and listed by the National Register of Historic Places. We are located directly facing historic Rees Park with a walking trail, fountains and a gazebo. In our opinion, this is the prettiest spot in Americus.

As our name suggests, we have taken "Garden" seriously. Stroll the garden path and enjoy our beautifully landscaped grounds complete with a koi pond and gazebo. As our property is reserved for the exclusive enjoyment of our registered guests, your privacy and tranquility are assured. Click the "garden" button above to see what is in bloom this season.

"Downstairs" you will find the dining room and living room (front parlor) which are common areas available for guest use at any time. The Veranda and Library rooms are located on the first floor on the opposite side of the hall from the common areas. Click the "downstairs" button for photos and complete descriptions.

Wander "upstairs" to find an additional 5 guestrooms, including our most requested Scarlett and Balcony rooms. Click the "upstairs" button for photos and descriptions.

Located in the "School House", which is just a short distance from the main house, is the Executive Suite and the Owners' Quarters. Click "School House" for further information.
