Amenities include:

Spacious comfortable air-conditioned rooms, in-room private baths complete with hair dryer and bath amenities by Herbal Essences including shampoo, conditioner, bath gel and moisturizer. (Upgraded spa amenities available: see “Sensations” package below!) All rooms feature cable TV/VCR, an alarm clock, and an iron with an ironing board. Available for your amusement, we have a variety of movies, books and games. Bring your laptop and enjoy free high speed wireless internet connections.

A full, hot breakfast is included starting with your choice of 6 juices, freshly baked muffins or bread, a fruit course, followed by a hot entrée accompanied by the “pancakes of the day”. To date, we have about 40 varieties of pancakes including whole wheat, sweet potato, pumpkin, cornmeal, peanut butter, apple, banana... All of our baked goods and pancakes are made fresh "from scratch" to provide you with the most delicious and wholesome breakfast possible. Coffee drinkers will delight in our full-bodied Dilworth Coffeehouse Coffee ground fresh every day. Breakfast is served in our breakfast/dining room from 8:00am - 9:30am. For your snacking pleasure, coffee, a wide variety of teas and herbal teas, cocoa, soft drinks, bottled water, fruit and snacks are available 24 hours a day.

For anniversaries, birthdays, engagements, Mother's Day, Father's Day, any special occasion, a gift certificate for a stay at the Americus Garden Inn Bed & Breakfast makes a great gift. Not sure when they can visit? We will gladly issue an "open" gift certificate valid for one year from date of issue. Please call us for additional details.

Our Basic Rates:

For 1 or 2 guests per night (plus taxes)

$99.00 per night for the following suites:

Library and Burgundy Suites

$109.00 per night for the following suites:

Balcony, Scarlett, Veranda, and Magnolia Suites

There will be an additional $20.00 charge per night for each additional person

On special event weekends, there may be a 2-night minimum stay required.

DISCOUNTS/SPECIALS: We believe that EVERYONE deserves a fair price. Therefore, we have researched the surrounding area to determine the best rates for what we offer (a beautiful, spacious room with comfortable, clean furnishings, full breakfast in the morning, 24 hour refreshments, 1.3 acre grounds to enjoy). We strongly believe that discounts and specials are a "game". Many properties inflate their prices so that they can offer a "special discount". Some lodging properties do not serve a full, hot breakfast. Check around and compare. You will not find a better value (even with their "specials") for a larger room, a bigger breakfast, or more friendly, attentive, personal service.

The Americus Garden Inn Bed & Breakfast is a NON-SMOKING inn. However, smokers are WELCOME to smoke in outdoor designated areas.

Supervised, well behaved children (over 10 years old) by special arrangements only. Please call for details.

We have adopted a NO PET policy, and there are NO ANIMALS inside the inn.

“Sensations” Package
Our Sensations package includes your bed dressed with sensuous silk sheets, aromatherapy candles, special spa bath amenities by Judith Jackson Spa (including Citresse Shampoo and Conditioner made with natural citrus essences, jojoba and Vitamin C, Vitality Bath and Shower Gel containing an aromatherapy blend of juniper, lemon and rosemary, Tenderly lotion with essences of geranium, lavender, ylang ylang, Vitamins E and C, Citresse bath and body bar, facial bar with Vitamin E, a loofah mitt, and Bergamot bath salts), plush robes and chocolates to tantalize your senses. ($25.00)

“Bistro” Basket
Our Bistro basket includes your choice of a bottle of wine (red, white or champagne (non-alcoholic, if desired)), an assortment of cheeses, fresh fruits, crackers and snacks. ($25.00)

Fresh Flowers
A fresh floral bouquet is a wonderfully romantic addition to any room. For as little as $35, we can arrange for a nice floral arrangement, a half dozen roses for $40, or a dozen roses for $60.

Reservations:

A valid credit card is required to make a reservation. We may require a two-night minimum on special event weekends. For reservations of 5 or more rooms, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total charges must be paid 30 days prior to arrival date with the non-refundable balance due 2 weeks prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy:

There will be a cancellation fee of 50% of the total reservation amount in the event this reservation is cancelled less than 7 days prior to your arrival date. Cancellations with less than 48 hours advance notice and “no shows” will be charged the total reservation amount. “No shows” are defined as not arriving to claim the room reserved, or arriving after the designated and agreed upon check-in time. For group reservations of 5 or more rooms, cancellations with less than 30 days notice, but more than 2 weeks notice, will forfeit room deposit of 50% of total reservation amount. Group reservations cancelled with less than 2 weeks notice will be held responsible for payment of entire reservation amount.
